Emley First School PTA
The Emley First School PTA is a group of friendly parents, grandparents and teachers who try to improve life at Emley First School by raising money for new equipment and trips for the pupils. We also help to organise social and family events to enhance the sense of community which surrounds the school.
Alongside the committee, we are always looking for more volunteers to help out at our major events such as school discos, Christmas Fayre, Easter egg rolling, plant sales and sports day.
We meet roughly once a half term, although occasionally more often in the run up to our events. Our meetings usually take place in the White Horse Pub and involve lots of socialising and fun as well as business. We always welcome new faces so please come along to chat with us or find out more about what we do. You can commit to as much or as little as you like.
